The XL1-600G is lightweight and compact, with high load capacity and battery operation. It has a double safety vacuum circuit for the handling and installation of glass on site, according to the EN-13155 standard.
This equipment incorporates new digital control modules in line with the Industry 4.0. It has battery and vacuum level indicators with luminous and acoustic alarm. Through an app you can obtain information about the equipment, diagnostics and alarms.
The small dimensions allow complex installations in very narrow places such as between facade and scaffolding.
The central suction cups are configurable and can be quickly adapted to different sheet formats. By adding 2 or 4 extensions (model XL1-600G + 4ALXL1), the gripping surface and capacity for larger sheets can be increased.
The PI-XL1 hydraulic piston is available as an option, which allows manual tilt under load, as well as the CM-XL1 metal transport and protection box.
